NOTE
To operate the slew function from the ground
control box when using the emergency lowering
valve the
Master Key Switch , and Emergency
Stop switch must be on and the
Platform/Ground Selector must be set to
ground. The slew direction can then be selected
using the slew switch

(see Figure 9.1). The
slew function will only operate while the booms
are lowering.
NOTE
The jib boom does not lower during emergency
procedure.
