Adjusting VitalSleep
recommend sleeping with the
device without the lower tray in a
forward position. This will help your
mouth get accustomed to it.
After this initial period or if your snoring has not reduced you can
start to advance the lower tray forward.
When making adjustments be
sure to set both sides to the same
position.
Using the included tool, turn each
screw clockwise to the same mark
on the indicator to bring the lower
tray forward.
If snoring doesn’t reduce, advance
the lower tray forward in small
increments.
