Transferring Calls

 

Attended/Announced transfer 

 

To complete an Attended or Announced transfer:  
• Place the caller on hold by pressing L1 or L2 as appropriate. 
• Dial the number of recipient, using ‘9’ if outside line is required, 

and press 

to confirm number required. 

• Announce the call to recipient, then press Transfer and 

to 

transfer the call. 

 
Blind / Unannounced transfer 

 

To complete a ‘blind’ or unannounced transfer: 
• Place the caller on hold by pressing L1 or L2 as appropriate. 
• Dial the number of recipient, using ‘9’ if outside line is required, 

and press 

to confirm number required. 

• Press Transfer and then 

to transfer the call. 

 

Voicemail

 

Access Voicemail 

 

Use the keypad to dial 6860 then use keypad to enter numerical 
password which was provided when the phone was issued to you.  
 
Further instructions on the voicemail’s functions, such as 
deleting/saving messages, changing voicemail message, changing 
voicemail password etc are automated within the voicemail system 
and will be provided to the user upon accessing voicemail.
