To set up VPN access, first setup a Dial Up Networking account to access the Internet.
Once you have done this, you are ready to begin.
The first thing you need to do is log in as Administrator on your PC. After logging in, from
the
Start
menu, select
Settings
and then
Network and Dial-up Connections
as shown
in the following figure:

To set up your VPN account, double-click
Make New Connection
and then click
Next
to
show the
Network Connection Type
window:
