assembled and LED bulbs are in place. Failure to observe this warning
could result in electric shock, injury and even death.

Appliance must only be used with rated voltage and frequency.

Avoid unplugging the power by pulling the power cord and do not touch
the power cord with wet hands.
•
Never attempt to insert any metal objects into the cooling holes of the
lamp.
•
Avoid moving the umbrella/stand by pulling the power cable.
•
Do not use if the unit is damaged, especially the power cord and socket.
•
Not to be exposed to moisture.
•
Indoor use only.
•
Use a professional to fix the unit or contact Smith-Victor with questions.
What’s in the Box:
Set Up of the Kit Components
•
Set up the light stands:
o
Loosen the locking screw and open the legs
fully.
o
Raise the upright sections to a comfortable
height.
•
Loosen the thumb screw of the stand mount on the
back of the LED Socket Mount.
•
Place the LED Bulb Socket onto the top of the stand
upright and secure by tightening the thumb screw.
•
Insert umbrella into the umbrella holder below the
socket and open until it locks in place.
•
Screw in the LED bulb(s), being careful to not cross
thread the lamp with the socket.
•
Plug into electrical outlet after all parts are assembled.
•
To disassemble the unit, reverse the process
described above.

Download the
Photographyled
app at the Apple App Store on your
iPhone or
the Mettle Photographic app at
Google Play on your Android
device. Follow the instructions and update the app as needed.
•
Turn on the SmartLEDs before launching the app. The LEDs
will switch on at 30% and power to 100% once connected to
the app.
•
After launching, the app will automatically search for the LEDs
and list them on the screen.
•
Lights can be dimmed individually or in groups.
•
If you choose to add more lights than are in a single kit, touch
“scan” to add more lights to a group.
