STEP 5 - SECURING ROD TO BRACKETS

STEP 4 - ATTACHING THE FINIALS & RINGS

Once the rod has been placed on the
brackets,  secure  the  rod  in  place  by
tightening the bracket set screw with
the allen wrench provided .
Please note: If your rod set comes with
bypass center support brackets these
do not have a set screw . Just rest the
rod on the bracket for support .

Continue by attaching the middle rod
to the elbow on the left side

(3)

 and

tightening the set screw on the elbow .
Place the required number of rings on
the  rod,  and  then  cap  the  opposite
end with the other elbow and attach it
using the set screw

(4)

 .

When placing the rod on the bracket,
if drapery is opening from the center,
leave one ring between the finial/
elbow and bracket on each side . If the
drapery is opening from one side only,
put the ring between the finial/elbow
and the bracket on the opposite side of
where you are opening from

(2)

 . This

will prevent drapery to be pulled all
the way to one side or the other when
opening and closing it .

Attach the finial to one end of the
3rd rod by sliding it on and attaching
it using the set screw

(5)

 . Place the

required  number  of  rings  on  the  rod,
and then cap the opposite end with the
elbow attached to the middle rod and
attach it using the set screw .
When  placing  the  rod  on  the  bracket,
if  drapery  is  opening  from  the  center,
leave one ring between the finial/elbow
and bracket on each side . If the drapery
is opening from one side only, put the
ring between the finial/elbow and the
bracket on the opposite side of where
you are opening from

(2)

 . This will

prevent drapery to be pulled all the way
to one side or the other when opening
and closing it .

For treatments without rings

Attach the finial to one end of the rod by
sliding it on and attaching it using the set
screw

(1)

. Position the drapery panels on

rod, and then cap the opposite end with
the elbow

(3)

 .

Position the drapery panels on the
middle rod, and then cap the Left end
with the elbow attached to the left rod
using the set screw on the elbow

(3)

 .

Attach the finial to one end of the 3rd
rod by sliding it on and attaching it using
the set screw

(5)

panels on rod, and then cap the opposite
