Fixed connection
Fit the power line with an omnipolar circuit
breaker in compliance with installation
regulations. The circuit breaker should be
located near the appliance and in an easily
reachable position.
Testing
At the end of installation, carry out a brief
inspection test. If the cooktop fails to
operate, after checking that you have
carried out the instructions correctly,
disconnect the appliance from the power
supply and contact Technical Support.
5.2 Instructions for the installer
• Do not bend or trap the electrical power
cable.
• The appliance must be installed
according to the installation diagrams.
• If the appliance does not work correctly
after having carried out all the checks,
contact your local Authorised Service
Centre.
• Once the appliance has been installed,
please explain to the user how to use it
correctly.
5.3 Power limitation procedure (for
installer only)
In order to modify the maximum power
draw of the appliance, you must access the
user menu (see “User menu”). Once you
have accessed the menu, the first available
option is indicated by “
U0
” (Maximum total
power). Ten options in the user menu can
be modified. Each option is indicated on
the display with the letter “
U
” which
alternates with a progressive number.

indicates the default power setting

3. Press the timer display to enable changes
to the power settings.
For all types of connection, use the
jumper provided.

Run the power cable in the rear
part of the unit. Take care that it
does not come into contact with
the lower part of the cooktop or
any oven built-in underneath it.
Be careful when connecting
additional electrical appliances.
Connection cables must not come
into contact with hot cooking
zones.
