7. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS

THERMOSTAT KNOB

To select the cooking temperature, turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the
desired setting, between 50°C and 350°C.

THERMOSTAT INDICATOR LED

The thermostat led lights up when the hotplate is heating. It switches off again
upon reaching the set temperature. The led flashes intermittently to indicate that
the temperature of the hotplate is being maintained at the set level.

ON-OFF BUTTON

This button switches on the hotplates, which are nonetheless controlled using
the thermostat knob. If the thermostat knob is set to 0, and you set the button to
1, the hotplates will not heat up.
