Installation Instructions

Suitable Installation Place

Solid and level floor

• Unstable installation causes vibration and noise of

refrigerator.

• Wooden floor or carpet can be discolored under the

refrigerator.

• Doors look hanged down due to the twist of

refrigerator unless it is leveled.

Shady and humid place

• Direct sun rays, side heat of stove and gas range can

weaken the refrigerating power.

• Avoid location by a sink or where moisture and water

can cause rust and corrosion.

• Avoid location where moisture can cause electrical

problems.

• Use hard board or plank on the concrete/cement floor.

Installation of the Appliance

The space required for installing the appliance is

shown below. (unit: mm)

• More than 10cm from 3 sides(lieft, right, and back) is

good enough for ventilation.

• Insufficient space causes the noise of vibration,

weakening of refrigerating power and the waste of

electricity.

Grounding

Grounding terminal is the green one connected to the

power cord in the back of refrigerator.

Grounding is necessary at

the place where water splashes easily;

humid basement;

any wet or watery place.

Grounding with grounding wire

Copper plate connected with ground wire is to be buried

25cm deep in the ground.

Grounding with short-circuit breaker

Short-circuit breaker is necessary in wet floor like fish

shop, kitchen of restaurant and etc...

Grounding is not necessary

in case of using side-grounded outlet.

Don’t connect the ground wire to

water pipe, gas pipe, telephone line or lightening-rod due

to the possibility of explosion or fire.

Correct usage of Refrigerator

Plug in the refrigerator right after installation.

• Once the refregerator is plugged in, make sure the

interior light comes on when you open the doors.

Set the temperature of both compartment to “MAX” to

conduct the preparatory run for 2 or 3 hours.

Once inside of refrigerator is cooled enough, then

put the food in the refrigerator.

*

When ambient temperature is high in midsummer,

do not open and shut the doors frequently after

installation.

Installation of height adjustment feet for

leveling

Level refrigerator to rest solidly on the floor.

There are two leveling feets under each front corner

of refrigerator.

Turn leveling feet clockwise to raise the refrigerator

and turn it counter-clockwise to lower.

Use shims under the rear corners if necessary.

• If you want the door of refrigerator to be closed

smoothly and not to be open easily, adjust the front

feets to be raised horizontally.
