SmarTrunk II Controller
The heart of the SmarTrunk II Sys-
tem is the ST-853 SmarTrunk II Digital
Trunking Controller which performs all
signalling and trunking functions, including
subscriber validation and call record
accounting. The ST-853 features a
communications databus linking all the channels at a single site, an expanded memory for sub-
scriber and call accounting records and many other new features and functions that have been
requested by SmarTrunk system operators throughout the world.
