PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly or operation of product, make sure
all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list
and diagram. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt
to assemble, install or operate the product. Contact Customer
Care for replacement parts.

• Tools required for assembly: Hacksaw
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
For maximum water flow, it is
recommended that the largest
tubing size for your pump is used.
If using 3/4-in ID tubing, skip to
step 2.
Step 1.
If using 1-in ID tubing,
trim the tubing adapter using a
hacksaw at the location indicated
Step 2.
Place the tubing adapter
on the lower hole of the tank and
use a gasket for it to be sealed
tightly when fastened.
Hand-tighten the locking ring on
the tube inside the tank to secure
the tubing adapter in place.
Step 3.
Place the bio-balls in the
bottom of the tank.
Step 4.
Place the fine (blue) filter
pad inside the tank. Then place
the coarse (black) filter pad inside
the tank.
Step 5.
Place the tubing adapter
on the upper hole of the tank and
use a gasket for it to be sealed
tightly when fastened.
Hand-tighten the locking ring
inside the tank to secure the
tubing adapter in place.
