The blade must be connected to a TNV-2 or a safety-extra-low-voltage (SELV) circuit. A
TNV-2 circuit is a circuit whose normal operating voltages exceed the limits for a SELV
circuit under normal operating conditions, and which is not subject to overvoltages from
telecommunication networks.

The RTMs are not hot-swappable. Before installation, make sure that no front blade
is installed in its respective slot, or that the front blade is powered-down. For further
details about the RTM installation, refer to the installation and use guide of the
respective RTM.
