Checking the room system cable connections
Inspect the room system’s cables regularly to ensure they are securely connected. Using cable
strain relief ensures cables remain securely connected and prevents technical issues associated
with disconnected cables.

Inspect the room system’s hardware installation frequently to ensure that it remains secure.

Check the mounting location for signs of damage or weakness that can occur over time.

Check for loose screws, gaps, distortions or other issues that could occur with the mounting
apparatus.
