We require the following information in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:

• Inverter device type
• Inverter serial number
• Inverter firmware version
• Special country-specific settings of the inverter (if applicable)
• Type and number of PV modules connected
• Mounting location and altitude of the inverter
• Inverter message
• Optional equipment, e.g. communication products
• Application (operating mode) of the multifunction relay
