4.4 Setting the locking force
The pretension of the compression spring is determining the clamping force of the
quick release device. The pretension can be changed by moving the adjusting ring.
When the adjusting ring is moved upwards, the tension force increases.
1. Loosen the headless screw on the
adjusting ring
2. Moving the adjusting ring
3. Retighten the headless screw.
Attentiong
Do not apply excessive force when tightening the headless
screw.
