IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS

To make sure the setup is done properly, you may want a trained installer to do it for you.

Otherwise, if you are having problems, go back through the steps and make sure you follow them carefully 
or read the tips below.

•  If your second TV is already connected to your Sky/Sky+ box, make sure the coaxial cable is not connected 

to any other equipment such as isolated TV outlet plates, signal boosters or amplified splitters. If it is, 
you’ll need a bypass kit (available for purchase) to let the remote control signals to pass back to the  
Sky/Sky+ box.

•  If your second TV is connected to isolated outlet plates, you’ll have to replace them with non-isolated 

plates. 

•  If you can’t see your Sky digital channels on the second TV and don’t see anything wrong with the 

connection, try switching off the equipment and waiting for 10 seconds. Turn on the power and try again.
