Please wear the wristband correctly as shown in the following
figure
1. Keeping your palm and the sphygmomanometer’s obverse side facing upwards, wrap the wristband
about 5 to 10 mm from your left wrist joint (about the width of one little finger).Keep your wrist and
heart as close to the same height as possible (see Figure 2).

2. Roll up your sleeve. The wristband should be tight on your skin and not around your clothes. Grasp
the end of the wristband, and while pulling it wrap it around your wrist keeping it tight. Do not leave
any space between the wristband and your wrist (see Figure 3).
