GETTING STARTED

1.  Place the Set-Up Trainer on the driving range, and

open up the “legs” so they are perpendicular. The

target reference guide on the “legs” should be lined

up with your intended target.

4.  Foot position – once the ball position is fixed,

take your stance with that corresponding club.

The front foot should be positioned in the middle

of the “Front Foot” box. The back foot position

should be aligned with the box corresponding to

the club you are using.

•   Short and Mid Irons (SW - 5 Iron)

Position back foot* within the Short and Long Iron boxes.

•   Long Iron (2 - 4 Iron)

Position back foot* within the Long Iron and Woods boxes.

•   Woods (Driver and Fairway Woods)

Position back foot* within the Woods box.

* Slightly widen your stance as you move up a club

5. Once you have your stance and ball positioned, you

are ready to swing away. (PW shown in photo)

Driver position shown above.

2.  Place the golf ball to ensure it aligns with the ball

position reference guide on the Set-Up Trainer.

The ball should also be aligned with the target line

reference guides.

3. Choose your club. Position the sliding rail in the

Set-Up Trainer to match up with the ball position

reference point. Example: When hitting a 7 iron,

the slider will be positioned as shown above.
