Collection of lubrication history and analysis
The ST-1240-GRAPH
saves the centre9s lubrication events into a battery
-backed-up memory. The lubrication history data can
be read and analysed with the PC software Online1440.
The ST-1240-GRAPH support the Windows software Online 1440, which is designed for controlling, monitoring and analysing
lubrication systems. Up to 20 control centres can be connected to the system. The application runs on PCs that can be
connected either directly or via Ethernet and provides two main functions, online system control and analysis of lubrication
history data.
The Online function enables you to monitor the system operation online, starting extra lubrication cycles, resetting alarms and
setting the parameters for the centre and the lubrication channels.
The History data function enables the user to read and analyse lubrication history,
lubrication trends, alarms, user actions etc. The system settings can be saved into a file and restored as parameter values for
the system, if necessary.

Power failure protection
The set values, configuration settings and lubrication program status stored in the EEPROM-memory do not require a back-up
battery. The lubrication history data have been backed up with a battery.
