You should know that the programming language used to configure this Motherboard is SC-Pascal, and you
must use this language for the board to work.
#What is the difference between common cathode and common anode?
By default, all of Sismo’s products are prepared in common cathode.
LEDs have polarity, if this polarity is inversed, the LEDs don’t work. In common
cathode, all of the LEDs share a positive node, whereas in common anode, they share
a negative node.
The main consequence of this is that all of the modules you connect to an SC-MB card
must have the same configuration.
It is possible to modify a circuit from common cathode to common anode in certain
cases, if you require this, let us know when you purchase the module. The process for
modifying the circuit is outside the scope of this manual.
