Reasonably foreseeable misuses
The following processing procedures described as examples are considered misuse and are therefore not proper intended use:
– Using and/or processing explosive materials.
–
Processing other materials than the specified intended use.
The following are also not considered proper intended use:
– Operating the machine in an explosive atmosphere.
– Operating the machine without all safety equipment installed.
– Use by private users or users without technical training and education.

in the technical data sheet are used.
●
Do not install the SVR Deep Cleaner in unprotected rooms or halls that are exposed to weather.

3.6.
Description of the safety equipment
The safety concept covers moving or static separating safety equipment including, in principle:
– Separating safety equipment can only be removed using tools.
– Moving separating safety equipment does not remain in the protective position if unsecured.
– Mounting materials are permanently attached to the safety equipment.
The mounting materials are selected so switches or actuators for locked safety equipment with tools such as:
– objects used on a daily basis such as keys, adhesive tape, twine or wire or
– replacement actuators or keys for locking mechanisms with key transfer systems or
– tools that are required for machines/systems and are easily available such as screwdrivers and wrenches, Allen wrenches
and pliers
cannot be removed; this does not prevent the reasonable, foreseeable use of the safety equipment.
Cleaning agent / interface to the vehicle’s hoist
The risk of injury when installing the joint shaft and hoist is indicated by a warning sign “Warning of hand injuries”.
Rotating brush rollers
Places where people can be pulled in are protected by static separating safety equipment. Access to moving parts is prevented.
