馬達之安裝方式
INSTALL THE MOTOR
安裝步驟：
1.
首先將連軸器
(A)
依順時針方向的第一顆螺
絲
(1)
，固鎖於大心軸
(B)
上之長槽孔
(3)
，
接著再鎖緊螺絲
(2)
。
2.
將橡膠緩衝墊
(C)
，以單面有

凸台記號
(4)
那端， 對準連軸器
(A)
上之圓槽
(5)
後壓緊。
3.
將馬達
(D)
上之內槽扣孔與橡膠緩衝墊
(C)
上之凸台
(7)
互相扣接壓緊結合。
4.
將馬達
(D)
以螺絲
(8)
與墊片
(9)
鎖固於機體
上。
注意事項
:
若馬達與連軸器未依上述位置正確組裝，將會
導致針棒停針的位置點不對
;
馬達組裝正確情
形下，當針棒置於上死點時，針棒的左針與針
板面距離約
7.8mm
。
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
1.Attach coupling (A) to lower main shaft (B)
by fitting the first setscrew (1) to the long
groove (3) of shaft, then tighten it and the
other setscrew (2).
2.Attach rubber cushion (C) with the side of
two projections (4) to coupling (A) by fitting
projections to notches (5).
3.Attach motor (D) to rubber cushion (C) by
fitting the inside projections to notches (7)
on rubber cushion.
4.Use screws (8) and washers (9) to tighten
motor (D) on machine body.
CAUTION:
Check to be sure that the
“
motor and coupling
are installed correctly
＂
as so to prevent needle
bar from stopping on wrong position. If motor
is installed correctly, the distance between the
left needle on needle bar and needle plate will
be 7.8mm when needle bar is in its highest
dead point.
