Your SOLARIN phone includes a two-year limited international warranty from the date of purchase, accessories include a one-year limited international
warranty from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Periods” and the “Limited International Warranty”, respectively).
The benefits given to you by SIRIN LABS Limited International Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under your country’s
consumer laws or any other applicable law, in relation to the SIRIN LABS device to which the Limited International Warranty relates. SIRIN LABS Limited
International Warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any statutory rights or remedies which cannot be excluded under any applicable law.
During the Warranty Periods, SIRIN LABS will repair, modify or replace, at SIRIN LABS sole discretion, any defective parts, or any parts that do not properly
operate for their intended use, provided that notice of any claimed defect has been submitted to SIRIN LABS within the Warranty Periods.
Subject to the Limits of Warranty set forth below, no charge will be made to the client for the repair or replacement of any such parts under such Limited
International Warranty.
Any claim made under SIRIN LABS Limited International Warranty must be addressed to SIRIN LABS store or to SIRIN LABS customer support together with

LIMITS OF WARRANTY:

Damage to or defects in (other than manufacturing defects) appearance, decorative, scratches, dents and cosmetic, are not covered under the Limited
International Warranty.
The Limited International Warranty does not cover any damage resulting from an accident, negligence, exposure to: liquids, sand, chemicals , fire or
improper handling, nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of misuse or abuse.
