WARNING: Read these electrical safety instructions thoroughly
before connecting the product to the mains supply.
This saw is for use with a 230v UK domestic socket and should be grounded/earthed.
Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet that has the same configuration
as the plug (see Figure 1). If an extension lead is used, make sure the cable size is
sufficient as to be able to take the current of the saw.
Check with a qualified electrician if the grounding instructions are not understood
or there is doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the
plug provided. If it will not fit the outlet, have the proper outlet installed by a licensed
electrician.
Improper installation of the grounding plug will result in a risk of electric shock. If
repair or replacement of the cable or plug is necessary, consult a qualified electrician.
We strongly recommend that this machine is connected to the mains supply through
a Residual Current Device (RCD).
If you are not sure, consult a qualified electrician. DO NOT try to do any repairs.
