THE ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT SETTING
When power selection switch is in position “ ” or “ ”, the adjustable thermostat can be
adjusted. When the room temperature reaches the set value, lower 1 or 2 heating elements will
cut-off automatically and upper 2 heating elements will continue working to keep room tempera-
ture. When the room temperature is lower than set value, lower 1 or 2 heating element will start
to work automatically.
When power selection is in mode “ ” or “ ”, the adjustable thermostat cannot be adjusted.
Upper 1 or 2 heating elements are always working.
NOTE: THE UPPER FIRST OR UPPER TWO HEATING ELEMENTS WILL REMAIN ON UN-
TIL THE POWER SELECTION SWITCH IS TURNED TO THE “OFF” POSITION.
TIP-OVER PROTECTION
This heater is equipped with a tip-over protection switch that is activated when the heater is
tipped from its vertical position and automatically shuts off the heater.
The heater will restart when it is returned to its normal operating position.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning the surface of the heater, make sure the power plug is unplugged from the
socket outlet.
2. To clean, wipe exterior surfaces of the heater with a clean damp cloth. Use mild detergent
and water if necessary and dry the case before turning on.
3. Water is not allowed into the interior of the heater as this can create fi re or electric shock
hazard.
4. DO NOT use the heater if it is damaged or cracked in any way.
5. Store heater in a dry area and do not expose it to extreme temperatures or dust.
6. It is not necessary to clean the re
fl ector of the heater.
