WARRANTY INFROMATION
The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the costumer’s
own country of residebce,with a minimum of 1 year (Turkey:2 years),starting from the date
on wich the appliance is sold to the end user.The warranty only covers defects in metarial or
workmanship.The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service
centre.When making a calim under the warranty,the original bill of purchase (with purchase
date) must be submitted.The warranty will not apply in cases of: -
Normal wear and tear
-
Incorrect
use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non approved accessories
-Use of force, damage caused by external influences
-Damage caused by non-absorvance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable
mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
-Partially or completely dismantled appliances
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
-Guarantee term starts as from the date of delivery of the goods and is valid for 2 years.
-If any due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this two years guarantee
period,SIMTECH will repair or replace the product at ist expense.
-The guarantee does not cover prodcuts and/or product parts that are subject to wear,that
can be considered as consumable parts by their natüre or taht are made of glass.
-The guarantee is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use,poor
maintenance(e.g. parts blocked by scale) or if alterations or repairs have been carried out by
persons not authorised by SIMTECH
-For the appliance to be used correctly,the user should this strictly adhere to all instructions
included in the instructions for use and should abstain from any actions or uses that are
described as undesired or which are warned against in the instructions do not affect your
statutory rights.
The Guarantee does not cover the following issues:
1.
Failure in following anvices and terms stated in user’s guide of the product
2.
Scratches and damages occured as a result of failing,impacting and such external
effects the consumer receivesthe product
3.
Using wrong electrical installation
4.
You can call the authorized service
