Bonzai supports Secure Digital (SD), miniSD, MultiMediaCard (MMC) and RS-MMC
digital media cards.

Open the card slot cover. To open the cover,
slide the cover to the rear of the Bonzai drive,
then lift and rotate it to the open position.
With the label side facing up, slide the media
card into the card slot until you hear a “click”—
indicating that the card is properly seated.

Close the card slot cover.
To remove a media card, open the card slot cover. Press the media card into the spring
loaded card slot. When you hear a click, release the card and remove it from the card
slot. Close the card slot cover.
Setting Write Protection
Bonzai models with SD or miniSD digital
media cards, provide write protection to
prevent users from accidentally erasing
the data on the card. To enable write
protection, slide the write protect switch aft
to the locked position. To disable write
protection, slide the write protect switch
forward to the unlocked position.
To use miniSD and RS-MMC digital media cards with Bonzai requires a card adapter.
Bonzai drives sold with miniSD or RS-MMC cards include the appropriate adapter.
When using miniSD and RS-MMC media cards, you must place the card in a card
adapter before inserting it into the card slot.
When write protection is enabled,
you cannot format or write data to
the digital media card.
