The reset button is on the front of the device. When the device disconnects, the indicator is а slow Ьlinking
white light. lf you can delete the device from the арр. Next log out of your арр and restart your phone.
Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds and the device should appear on the WiFi Network List.
Log back into the арр and reconnect the device as normal.

Q: How do I add а new device into the арр?
А: On the "AII Devices" screen press the + sign at the bottom.
Q: How do l locate the QR code to set up my device?
А: Located on а hangtag inside the Ьох and on the actual product
Q: What are 'Groups'?
А: Groups are а way for you to group items together.
Examples of groups could Ье; Upstairs, Outside, Кitchen, Playroom, Bedroom, Vacation Home ...
Q: Can I comblne devices from my different homes in one арр?
А: Yes! lf you are putting devices in different geographical locations then you can access them all within
the Simple Home Арр without switching between locations. Неге is а good place to use groups to
separate the different locations, like Home and Vacation Home.
Q: What are 'Favorites"?
А: Favorites are where you can have the devices you use the most show up. То add а device to а favorite,
simply press the little star on the device screen.
Q: How to see more options and settings for the plugs?
А: Press the 3 little dots in а circle on the bottom right corner of the wall plug bar.
Q: What are 'Actions'?
А: Actions are our way of saying "lf this happens then that happens:' An example would Ье: lf the motion
detector detects motion, then the LED should turn on.
Q: What are 'Schedules"?
А: Schedules is where you can view and make schedules for your wall plugs and LED's to turn on and off.
Q:What does it mean when LED on items Ьlink?
А: lf the button is Ыinking white slowly your device is disconnected. When the light Ыinks quickly, your
device is connecting to WiFi. When it is fully connected the light will stay on.
