System low pressure (replenishment)
Check on the pressure gauge (A) that the pressure of the sys-
tem, when cold, falls between
1 and 1.2 bar (98–117.6 kPa)
. If
the pressure is lower than the above value, the water pressure
switch will stop the burner’s operation (orange signalling LED
(1) lit). To replenish the system:
– open the filling valve (B) to raise the pressure (turn it an-
ti-clockwise)
– close the valve once the above value has been reached (B)
– if the pressure exceeds the maximum value indicated, open
the relief valve of any radiator (some water will come out) un-
til the correct value is reached.

: The LED will signal the pump status on the basis of its
colour when lit, as shown below.

Lit green
: normal operation

Off
: request professionally qualified personnel to intervene

Flashing red/green
: request professionally qualified personnel
to intervene

Flashing red
: request professionally qualified personnel to in-
tervene
–
Lit red
: press the (E) button for 5 seconds to activate the man-
ual reset. If the pump fails to start, request the intervention of
professionally qualified personnel.

2 SHUTDOWN
2.1
Temporary shutdown
If the user is away temporarily, for a weekend, short trip etc and
if the outside temperature is at ZERO:
– press the main switch (8) to switch off the thermal unit

– close the fuel and water circuit shut-off valves.

Shutting down for long periods
If the thermal unit is not used for an extended period of time, the
following operations must to be carried out:
– press the main switch (8) to switch off the thermal unit
– close the fuel and water circuit shut-off valves
– set the main system switch to "OFF"
