If SIM5360 has been set to minimum functionality mode, the module will firstly enter sleep mode, then
the RF function and SIM card function will be closed. In this case, the serial port is still accessible, but RF
function or SIM card will be unavailable. When SIM5360 is in minimum functionality or flight mode, it
can return to full functionality by the AT command “AT+CFUN=1”.

Power on/off Time Sequence

Power on Sequence
SIM5360 can be powered on by PWRKEY pin, which starts normal operating mode.
PWRKEY pin is pulled up with a 200k ohm resistor to 1.8V in module. User can power on the SIM5360
by pulling the PWRKEY pin down for a short time. The power-on scenarios are illustrated in the following
figures.
