Intended Use
Harmonic balancer puller set for the removal of balancers, pulleys, and gears with tapped holes.
Unpacking Your Tool
• Carefully unpack and inspect your new tool. Familiarise yourself with all its features and functions
• Ensure that all parts of the tool are present and in good condition. If any parts are missing or damaged, have
such parts replaced before attempting to use this tool
Before Use
• Inspect the general condition of the vehicle, checking for any hazards that may interfere with the use of this tool
• DO NOT use damaged equipment
• Identify the correct tool components to be used for the task at hand
Operation
WARNING:
ALWAYS wear eye protection as well as suitable gloves when working with this tool.
1. Select the correct sized Bolts (1-11) for removal
2. Thread the Thrust Bolt (15) through the Yoke (14)
3. Select and attach the required Shaft Adaptor to the end of the Thrust Bolt
4. Slide the Bolts through the slots on the Yoke and screw into the pulley
5. With the tool positioned correctly, slowly turn the Thrust Bolt clockwise to remove the pulley

Usage conforme
Kit d’outils spécialement conçus pour l’extraction de compensateurs harmoniques, de poulies et d’engrenages
avec trous taraudés.
Déballage
• Déballez le produit avec soin. Veillez à retirer tout le matériau d’emballage et familiarisez-vous avec toutes les
caractéristiques du produit.
• Si des pièces s’avéraient endommagées ou manquantes, faites-les remplacer avant d’utiliser l’appareil.
Avant utilisation
• Vérifiez l’état général du véhicule à la recherche de tout problème pouvant constituer un danger et
compromettre l’utilisation même de cet outil.
• Un équipement endommagé NE DOIT EN AUCUN CAS être utilisé.
• Déterminez à chaque fois l’outil qu’il convient d’utiliser en fonction de la tâche à réaliser.
Instructions d’utilisation
AVERTISSEMENT :
Lors de l’utilisation de cet outil, des lunettes et des gants de protection adaptés doivent
être portés.
1. Sélectionnez le boulon qui convient à l’application parmi ceux fournis de tailles assorties (1 – 11).
2. Enfilez le boulon de pression (15) à travers le dispositif d’attelage (14).
3. Choisissez l’adaptateur qui convient et fixez-le à l’extrémité du boulon de pression.
4. Glissez les boulons à travers les encoches présentes sur le dispositif d’attelage et vissez-les dans la poulie.
5. Une fois que votre outil est correctement positionné, faites tourner doucement le boulon de pression dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre afin d’extraire la poulie
.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Jochabzieher mit Zubehör zum Demontieren von Balancern, Riemenscheiben und Getrieben mit
Gewindebohrungen.
Auspacken des Werkzeugs
• Packen Sie Ihr Werkzeug vorsichtig aus und überprüfen Sie es. Machen Sie sich vollständig mit all seinen
Eigenschaften und Funktionen vertraut.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sämtliche Teile des Werkzeugs vorhanden und in einwandfreiem Zustand sind.
Sollten Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sein, lassen Sie diese ersetzen, bevor Sie das Werkzeug verwenden.
Vor Inbetriebnahme
• Überprüfen Sie den Allgemeinzustand des Fahrzeugs und achten Sie dabei insbesondere auf mögliche
Gefahren bei Verwendung des Werkzeugs.
• Verwenden Sie keine beschädigten Werkzeuge und Teile.
• Verwenden Sie stets das für die auszuführende Aufgabe am besten geeignete Einsatzwerkzeug.
Bedienung
WARNUNG!
Tragen Sie bei der Arbeit mit diesem Werkzeug stets eine Schutzbrille und entsprechend
geeignete Schutzhandschuhe.
1. Nehmen Sie die Gewindebolzen (1–11) in der zum Abziehen richtigen Größe zur Hand.
2. Schrauben Sie die Druckschraube (15) durch den Jochabzieher (14).
3. Setzen Sie den benötigten Schaftadapter auf das Ende der Druckschraube.
4. Schieben Sie die Gewindebolzen durch die Schlitze im Jochabzieher und schrauben Sie sie in die
Riemenscheibe.
5. Drehen Sie die Druckschraube zum Lösen der Riemenscheibe bei ordnungsgemäß positioniertem Werkzeug
langsam im Uhrzeigersinn.
