5. Charging
NOTES:
• Charge the batteries for at least 2 hours
before using the device for the first time.
After that, a charging time of 90min-
utes is sufficient.
• In order to increase the service life of
the batteries, we recommend …
… to use the device regularly and with-
out long storage times,

• The LEDs of the battery capacity/charg-
ing indicator

show the capacity/
charging status of the batteries in per-

20, 40, ..., 100 FULL
).
• If the batteries are almost discharged,
the LED

of the battery capacity indi-
cator flashes red. The device can then
only be used for a short time without be-
ing connected to the electricity supply.
• It takes about 5 minutes to charge the
device sufficiently for one shave.
• When the batteries are fully charged,
the device can be used for approximate-
ly 90 minutes without being connected
to the power supply.

4. The LEDs of the charging indicator

flashes green, which indicates that the
batteries are being loaded. When the
batteries are fully charged, the LEDs of
the charging indicator light up green.
6. Operation
6.1 Before switching on for
the first time
CAUTION:
after unpacking, there could
still be oil residues on the shaving foils. Re-
move these with an absorbent, lint-free cloth
before using the device for the first time.
6.2 Switching on and off
Irrespective of the batteries’ charging status,
the device can be used at any time in mains
operation.
1. In order to use the power pack, ensure
that the device is switched off.
