Recording Video Clips

Quick Guide

Power the camera on by pressing the On/Off button [1]. The device

is now in capture mode.

Tap

the button to open the Record menu.

Tap the icon for the current scene mode.

Select

the

Video

option icon

.

Tap

the button.

The menu disappears and the camera is in Video mode. The

remaining recording time will be shown on the display.

Focus the desired subject area by using the LCD [10].

Press the shutter button [4] to start recording. The indicator [2] will

blink during recording and the recording time will appear on the

display.

Press the shutter button [4] again to stop recording.

During recording you can also press the Zoom buttons [5, 6] to
enlarge or reduce the scene. During the zooming process no
sound is recorded.
In automatic mode, white balance will be fixed to the value for
the first frame.
The digital zoom is not available during video recording.
