Use the dial 8 to set the desired time display:

Press the dial 8 to confirm your selection .
The hour display is flashing . Use the dial 8 to
set the hours .
Press the dial to confirm your selection .
The minute display is flashing . Use the dial 8
to set the minutes .
Press the dial to confirm your selection .
The time is set now .

Setting the timer
The product has a timer that can be used
independently of the product's operation .
Press 7 . is shown in the display 4 .
Use the dial 8 to set the desired time:
Time setting

Time increments
less than 5 minutes 10-second increments
from 5 to 10 minutes 30-second increments
from 10 to 30 minutes 1-minute increments
from 30 to 95 minutes 5-minute increments
Press the dial 8 to confirm your selection . The
set time is counted down . After approximately
3 seconds, the current time is shown again . The
timer continues to run in the background .
NOTE: If you wish to check the progress of the
timer: Press 7 . The time is displayed for
a short time .
As soon as the time has elapsed, a beep
sounds .

Cancelling/stopping the input
process
Cancel the input process: Press 10 . The
product switches to the standby mode .

Child lock
Activate this setting to prevent accidental activation
by children and other persons not familiar with the
operation of the product .
Activate child lock: Press and hold 9 .
2 short beeps sound . Continue to press
until a beep sounds and is shown in the
display 4 . The buttons and the dial are now
deactivated .
Deactivate child lock: Press and hold
9 until a beep sounds and goes off in the
display 4 .
