To reverse the rotation direction, press the in-

Note:
Never use the product for more than
15 minutes. A longer massage may lead to
tension caused by overstimulation of the muscles.
Warming function
To complement the massage with the warm-
ing function, press the light and heat functions

red light indicator switches on.
Note:
The warming function can only work when

Switch off the product
To switch off the product, press the power

switches off automatically after 15 minutes.
To turn off completely, disconnect the mains
