
Recharge the battery.

Power the headphones on.

Try to pair the headphones again with your device.

Please check if the Bluetooth

function of your device is switched on.

The distance between the headphones and your device is too high, reduce
it.

Please note that the Bluetooth connection is interrupted as soon as you
connect a 3.5mm jack-type connector to the 3.5mm jack (9).
