Troubleshooting
Do not attempt to open or repair your Silk’n Flash&Go™ device. Only
authorized Silk’n™ repair centers are permitted to perform repairs.
“My Silk’n
Flash&Go™
does not
start.”
• Make sure the
POWER ADAPTOR
is properly
connected to the Flash&Go™ device.
• Make sure the
POWER ADAPTOR
is plugged into
an electrical outlet on the wall.
• If the problem persists, contact your local
Silk’n™ Customer Service Center.
“A light
pulse is not
emitted
when I press
the
PULSE
BUTTON
”
• Check the
REPLACE CARTRIDGE INDICATOR
LIGHT
.
If it is on, disconnect Silk’n Flash&Go™ and replace
the
DISPOSABLE LAMP CARTRIDGE
.
• Make sure that the
READY INDICATOR
is on.
• If within 10 seconds the
READY INDICATOR
remains
off turn Silk’n Flash&Go™ off and back on by pressing
the
ON/ STBY SWITCH
twice.
• Check the
SYSTEM WARNING INDICATOR LIGHT
.
• If the light is on turn Silk’n Flash&Go™ off and back
on by pressing the
ON/STBY SWITCH
twice.
• If the problem persists, contact your local Silk’n™
Customer Service Center.
