4-3. Installing AP-415AN

Install AP-415AN (AP mode) in a high place.  Make sure that the built-in antennas of AP-
415AN (AP mode) are facing toward the AP-415AN (RP mode) to communicate.

When placing the unit on a shelf mounted on a wall:

•

Use a wood or plastic shelf (recommended).

•

Leave a gap of 10 cm or more between AP-415AN (AP mode) and the wall so that you can press the DIP/

Push switches later.

Location of Installation (for AP Mode)

How to install AP-415AN (AP mode) is explained.

TIP

4-3-1. Installation (for AP Mode)

Make sure that the built-in antenna

(front) is facing forward and not to

the wall.

Fix the shelf firmly to prevent

AP-415AN from falling.
