Description
ECO Dimplex Receiver lets you easily switch between an economy
temperature (Eco) and a normal temperature (Comfort).
Temperatures are adjustable. The minimum set temperature is 7
degrees C, the maximum set temperature is 30 degrees C. The
thermostat can be remote controlled by using an app. For remote
control, a Sikom central unit is needed. Visit Sikom's website to see
which central units are compatible with the thermostat.
Remote control range
The remote control range between the central unit and thermostat is
max. 60 meters in line of sight. Walls and floors will decrease the
range. Remote control range in a house is max.15 meters. Place
the central unit in proximity of the thermostats or centrally placed.
Installation
Turn off the power switch on the right side of the heater. Unplug the
power cord. Push the thermostat down into the plug-in port at the
top of the heater. A click is heard when the thermostat is in place.
Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch on the right
side of the heater. The thermostat starts up and the display shows
the set temperature.
Display
The display backlight dims automatically. Press one of the buttons
to increase brightness. When the thermostat is switched on, the
display shows the set temperature.
A leaf symbol is active when the thermostat is in economy
mode (Eco)
A heating symbol is active when the heating element is
switched on
The standby symbol is active when the thermostat is in
standby mode. Note: In standby mode, the heat is
completely switched off and the thermostat can not be
remote controlled.
The thermostat can be controlled using the buttons

Switch between Eco and Comfort temperature
Press the button marked with
P
symbol to switch
between economy temperature (Eco)
and normal temperature (Comfort)
The leaf symbol is active when the thermostat is in economy
mode (Eco)

Adjust temperature
Switch to the mode to be adjusted, either economy temperature
(Eco) or normal temperature (Comfort)
Adjust the temperature up or down using the buttons marked with
arrows.

Thermostat standby mode
The thermostat has a standby mode.
In standby mode, the heat is switched completely off and the
thermostat can not be remote controlled.

Switch off heat, standby mode:
The thermostat can be put into standby mode by pressing
the standby button.
The standby symbol appears in the display.

Switch on the heat and activate the thermostat
Switch on the thermostat by pressing the standby button.
The set temperature is shown in the display.
Register thermostat
In order to remotely control the thermostat, it must be
registered to a Sikom central unit.
1. Switch the thermostat to standby mode by pressing
the standby button. The standby symbol appears.
2. Activate the registration procedure on the Sikom central
unit. Read the user manual for your Sikom central unit to
find the correct procedure.
3. Within 1 minute, turn the thermostat on by pressing the
standby button. The set temperature appears in the display
Successful registration indicates that radio range is ok.
To register additional thermostats, repeat procedure for each one.
Removing the thermostat
Switch off the power switch on the right side of the heater.
Unplug the power cord.
Insert a flat
screwdriver into
the gap between
the thermostat
housing and the
heater plug-in
port.
Tilt the
screwdriver
towards the heater
front to make the
thermostat pop
out of the plug-in
port.
