Problem
Solution
I can’t hear anything from
my microphone through the
Entertainment System
- Ensure that you adjust the Microphone Volume Control dial to increase
microphone volume.
- Check that the mic is turned on.
- Change the batteries.
There is humming or buzzing
through the Entertainment
System
- Try to keep any audio signal cables or mobile phones away from the Speaker
power cords. This can sometimes result in a humming or buzzing from the
speaker system.
My Entertainment System won’t
turn on
- Ensure that you have correctly connected the Power cable to the rear of the
unit. It should not be loose.
- Ensure the power switch on the top panel of the unit is switched ON.
- Make sure the power is on at the outlet.
The LED light won’t turn on
- Ensure the light switch on the rear panel of the unit is switched ON.
- Make sure the power cord is correctly connected and the power is on at the
outlet.
I am not picking up any radio
stations
- The Entertainment System will only receive FM radio stations not AM.
- You can extend the telescopic antennas at the rear of the unit to increase the
reception.
The speaker makes a noise
when I first turn it on
- This is normal when the system first initialise.
- Try to keep any audio signal cables or mobile phones away from the Speaker.
I can’t connect my mobile phone
to the Entertainment System via
Bluetooth
- Ensure the Entertainment system has been switched to Bluetooth mode with
“bLUE” showing on the Mode Display
- Ensure the last mobile phone or Bluetooth device has been disconnected to
the Entertainment System. If they are in the range, the Entertainment will
pick up the last connection as default (please see page 15-16 for details).
