Connect the unit to a functioning outlet and turn it on.
Drain the water tank and reset your unit, or replace
the water tank correctly.
The temperature is too high or too low for the heater
to operate, and the self-protection feature designed
to protect the unit has activated.
Deactivate the timer function.
Noisy operation. Is the unit tilted or
unsteady?
Is the air filter
clogged?
Is the water tank
empty when using
Cooling mode?
Place on an even, solid surface to reduce vibration.
Clean the air filter as instructed in the manual.
When using the unit in cooling mode, make sure there
is cold water inside the tank. Be careful not to fill
the tank below the minimum filling line or above the
maximum filling line.
CLEANING AND CARE:
Cleaning and Replacing the Water Filter
• This air cooler comes equipped with a
removable filter. We recommend this filter
be cleaned or replaced periodically to
maintain optimum performance.
• To remove or replace the filter, first push
down on the filter frame to release it, then
carefully remove the filter from within.
• To clean the filter, wipe the filter with a
suitable cleaning tool. If necessary, dip the
filter into a natural detergent solution, then
rinse it out with water.
• Ensure the filter is fully dry before placing it
back on the frame.
NOTE:
If the filter sustains damage of any kind,
replace it immediately.
