8.1 Guarantee
The SIGEL® brand stands for quality, functionality and design
An integral part of SIGEL’s company philosophy is to always provide our customers with top-qua-
lity brand products. To satisfy this key demand for top quality, Sigel products undergo strict quality
controls.
1. The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase.
2. The valid statutory guarantee applies.
3. The guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, improper use or other uses of
the product that do not correspond to the enclosed user guide.
4. Guarantee claims will only be accepted upon presentation of the original proof of purchase,
which states the date of purchase and product description, along with the defective product.
SIGEL is free to either exchange the product or to reimburse the purchase price to the consu-
mer.
