battery from the holder and replace with
the new battery. Replace the lid.

Battery Change
The battery in the T110 should be
changed whenever the indicator lights
described in
Battery Indicator
above
signal a low or nonexistent voltage.
CAUTION: Do not use alkaline
batteries in
the T110 Test Source.
Nickel cadmium batteries are recom-
mended in preference to zinc carbon
batteries because of their longer life
(See
Battery Life
in
TECHNICAL
DATA
above), and only nickel cadmium
batteries are permitted by BASEEFA for
hazardous areas.
Insert the new battery only when in a
safe area. Remove the four corner
screws on the front cover of the module
