Installation on a DIN Rail
Installation
Install the SCALANCE X005 on a 35 mm DIN rail complying with DIN
EN
50022.
1.
Place the upper catch of the device over the top of the rail and then push in the lower part
of the device against the rail until it clips into place.
2.
Install the electrical connecting cables.

Uninstalling
To remove SCALANCE X005 from the rail:
1.
First disconnect the TP cables and pull out the terminal block for the power supply.
2.
Use a screwdriver to release the lower rail catch of the device and pull the lower part of
the device away from the rail.
