6.4 Recycling and disposal

Requirements
• A T10 screwdriver
Procedure
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Remove the retaining screws on the back cover of the
device.
Lift up the device's rear panel.
Slide the battery out 45 degrees from the upper left. Pull
the battery out gently and insert a new battery.
Note : The positive electrode (+) of the battery should be
positioned toward the outside of the device.
6.4 Recycling and disposal
Due to the low levels of pollutants in the devices described in these operating instructions,
they can be recycled.
Contact a certified disposal service company for electronic scrap for environmentally sound
recycling and disposal of your old devices, and dispose of the device according to the relevant
regulations in your country.
