3. Insert the M.2 module into the relevant
slot (X100 or X101).
Take care not to touch the contacts of
the M.2 module when you do this.
4. Fasten the M.2 module with the screw
that you removed in step 2.
Only use the original screws with the
spacers.
Note
: Make sure that the M.2 module is
between the head and the spacer of the
screw.
If the M.2 module includes a cable with an additional interface card that must be connected
to the enclosure opening, you must also execute the following steps:
5. Loosen the marked screws for fixing the
blanking cover using the Torx T10 screw-
driver.
6. Place the additional interface card from
the inside against the empty enclosure
opening and fasten it using the screw.
7. Connect the cable of the interface card
to the M.2 module.
