The Setup Program
The Setup program is in the ROM BIOS. The system configuration settings are
stored in the operator panel’s battery-protected memory.
You can use Setup to define the system configuration (e.g. hard disk type) and
system properties. Setup is also used to set the system date and time on the
clock module.
Before you can modify Setup, you have to connect an external keyboard.
!
Caution
The OP37/Pro is preconfigured for work with the software supplied with it.
You should only alter the existing settings if you have made technical modifi-
cations to the unit.
Following the OP self-test, BIOS gives you an opportunity to start Setup so
that you can alter specific system settings.
To start Setup, press
DEL
during the boot process as soon as you are prompted
to on the screen.
When Setup starts, you are first presented with the Setup Main Menu from
where you can switch to the individual Setup screens.
