Power cable not inserted
or incorrectly inserted.
No voltage.
Insert power cable
Switch on power supply
No picture appears on the
display,

Power supply unit faulty
Inform servicing
department
No picture appears on the
display, operation LED
flashes slowly
Monitor not switched on
Switch on the monitor
using the "down, on/off"
key
No picture appears on the
display, operation LED
flashes rapidly
No video signal
Check video cable,
switch on PC
Fuzzy picture,
interference in vertical
lines
Scanning frequency or
phase incorrectly set
Adjust frequency and
phase
Loose plugs / connecting
cable faulty
Plug cables in properly
and secure them /
replace connecting
cable
Faults in video signal
(contaminated
environment)
OSD: Select Options 1,
press noise
suppression "ON", and
test
If the fault is not
eliminated: Set OSD
settings to "OFF" again.
The problem is to be
found in the quality of
the video data/video
transmission. Inform
servicing department
for support if
necessary.
Other faults
Problem with PC/graphics

Replace components
