DHCPv6 client (IPv6)
This section describes commands for DHCPv6.
8.4.1
clear ipv6 dhcp client statistics
Description
With this command, you reset the counter to zero on the required interface.
Requirement
● DHCPv6 is enabled.
You are in the Privileged EXEC mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli#
Syntax
Call up the command with the following parameters:
clear ipv6 dhcp client statistics [interface {vlan <vlan-id(1-4094)>
|<interface-type> <interface-id>}]
The parameters have the following meaning:

Shows that an interface description follows

Keyword for a VLAN connection

vlan-id
Number of the addressed VLAN
1 ... 4094
interface-
type
Type or speed of the interface
Enter a valid interface.
interface-
id
Module no. and port no. of the interface
For information on identifiers of addresses and interfaces, refer to the section "Interface
identifiers and addresses (Page 29)".
If no parameters are specified, all counters are reset.
Result
The counter is reset.
Further notes
You enable DHCPv6 with the
ipv6 address dhcp
command.
