capture
Description
With this command, you enable the function "Remote Capture" on the interface (WLAN,
Ethernet) and specify the recording mode of the WLAN interface. You can also enable the
function on several interfaces at the same time. As default, this function is disabled.
When the function is enabled you can link the interface in Wireshark. In Wireshark, you can
see the content of the packages or filter according to certain contents.
Note
Performance
Enable the function only for diagnostics purposes. The increased data traffic can influence the
performance of the device.
Requirement
You are in the REMOTE CAPTURE configuration mode.

Syntax
Call up the command with the following parameters:
capture ([<interface-type> <0/a-b,0/c,...>][<interface-type> <0/a-b,
0/c,...>][all]) [{own-traffic | all-traffic}]
